Job Details:
- Full-time CRNA coverage needed with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week
- Required: At least two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months of the assignment; after three months, client may honor every other week schedule
- Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Supervised practice model
- Care Team Model with 4:1 support staff ratio and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department available to turn rooms over and bring supplies
- Patient population includes ages 12 and older including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Tertiary hospital facility - Level III
- EMR system: Epic (experience required)
- CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals
- Optional 12-hour beeper call available on some Saturdays and 8-hour weeknight call available (not required)
- Occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends may be available (not required)
- Specialized care procedures performed
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing license required
- Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing license required
- ACLS and BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required upon hire
- Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility to be considered
- Minnesota is not a compact state

Operating as a Level III facility, it supports a high-acuity patient population and utilizes a collaborative Care Team Model with dedicated anesthesia support staff available around the clock. The facility uses Epic as its electronic medical records system and is committed to delivering specialized, high-quality patient care across multiple departments.
