• Weekend availability and call required
• Beeper call -- 30 min response time -- 1:10 ratio
• 4 patients per shift
• Inpatient and outpatient practice -- both required
• General, spinal, and epidural anesthesia required
• Regional blocks required -- case logs must be provided
• Neurosurgical and complex orthopedic cases included
• Minimum one year of experience required
