CRNA | Virginia
Location: Charlottesville, VA (Charlottesville metro)
Schedule: 4 shifts per week. 10 hour shifts (weekly availability required).
Position Overview
- Provide CRNA coverage in a Level I trauma environment with a broad inpatient and outpatient case mix
- EMR: Epic
- High acuity, academic style environment with multidisciplinary anesthesia team support
Case Mix
- Broad OR and offsite anesthesia coverage
- Cases the clinician will not be doing include: open heart and thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and performing peripheral nerve blocks
Required Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active Virginia license
- Board certification required
- AHA required: BLS and ACLS (must be valid)
- Minimum experience: 2 years (trauma and inpatient experience preferred)
- Vaccines required as outlined in the Order
- Non local requirement: must reside at least 50 miles from the worksite
Credentialing
- Typical timeframe: minimum 30 days
