Schedule: Multiple shift blocks available, including weekday days (8, 10, and 12 hour options) and call coverage. Weekday and weekend call availability is prioritized 

Setting: Hospital. Level II trauma 

Travel: Travel and lodging available

Position Overview

• CRNA coverage with medical supervision model
• Case mix includes cardiac and thoracic exposure and TEE involvement. TEE familiarity is required. Certification is not required
• EMR: Cerner 

Case Mix Highlights

• Cardiac, thoracic, orthopedics, neuro, trauma, general surgery, GI, major vascular, outpatient surgery, and additional service lines 

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida license and DEA are required. Priority is given to active licenses
• Active AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Board eligible or Board Certification
• Case logs: 24 months of case logs are required
• TB test 

Credentialing

• Temps may be approved case by case
• Payer enrollment is referenced as required prior to credentialing

Malpractice insurance coverage Weekly electronic pay Refer & earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
