• Ongoing locum tenens anesthesia coverage
• Day shift plus rotating call responsibilities
• Aug 17-21 x2, Aug 22-23, Aug 24-28 x2, Aug 31- Sept 4 x2, Sept 7-11 x2, Sept 12-13, Sept 14-18 x2, Sept 19-20, Sept 21-26 x3, Sept 26-27, Sept 28-Oct 2, Oct 5-9 x2, Oct 10-11, Oct 12-16 x2- ongoing 2 weekly occasional weekends

Bonus

Completion bonus of $5,000 for new locum providers when the provider completes 585 hours within 5 consecutive calendar months

Required Qualifications

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS through AHA
• DEA
• Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required

Credentialing and Onboarding 

• Estimated credentialing timeframe 60 to 90 days

Bonus: Completion bonus of $5,000 for new locum providers when the provider completes 585 hours within 5 consecutive calendar months Malpractice insurance coverage Weekly electronic pay Refer and earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
