- \n\n Compensation\n$270-$320 per hour\nLong-term, indefinite assignment\nStart Date: March 1, 2026\n Facility Highlights\nLevel II Trauma Center\n30,000 annual ED visits\n484 licensed beds\n24-hour physician coverage\n30 hours NP/PA coverage daily\nCollegial collaboration with Hospital Medicine program\nEMR: Cerner\nIn-person EMR training required prior to first shift (coordinated by PCC)\n Credentialing Requirements\nLicensure & Certification\n\nActive Iowa Medical License\nActive DEA (with Iowa address)\nActive CDS\nBoard Certified in:\nABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic equivalents)\nMust be residency trained in specialty certified in\nACLS, ATLS, and PALS required\nIf ABEM-certified: must provide current ACLS and one-time proof of ATLS\nAdditional Documentation Required\n\nCME from past 2 years\nCase logs from past 2 years\nCopies of all education & training diplomas\nSocial Security Card\nDriver’s License\nCurrent color photo (to be emailed to MSO)\nImmunization records: TB, Flu, Hep B, MMR, Varicella\nApplication Submission Requirements\n\nCV\nDate of Birth\nSpecialty\nDisclosure of any red flags\n️ Must obtain full privileges prior to EMR training
