Job Details:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position providing anesthesiology coverage
• 
  
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch; must be full-time and flexible with scheduling - no consecutive days; Monday and Friday shifts are high priority
• 
  
• Provider must be able to float between locations
• 
  
• 4-5 shifts per month required
• 
  
• 60+ cases per day serving patients of all ages
• 
  
• Anesthesiology department includes 20 ORs covering general, orthopedic, GYN, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases
• 
  
• 5 NORA locations including IR, EP, Endo, and MRI
• 
  
• EMR system: EPIC
• 
  
• Special equipment includes Drager anesthesia machine and Philips monitoring
• 
  
• Preferred skills include cardiac/vascular, neuro, and pediatrics; hearts and lungs will not be required
• 
  
• Practice setting: Hospital
• 
  
• Board certification required: CRNA
• 
  
• Active North Carolina state license required; willing to license for compact license only
• 
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required; no new graduates
• 
  
• Certifications required: ACLS and PALS
