• 24-hour shifts (8a - 8a), including weekends
• 7 - 10 NICU patients per shift; newborn nursery ADC 10 - 15
• Level III NICU coverage
• Neo onsite days; APN or Neo in house 24/7
• All procedures required -- intubation, UAC/UVC, chest tubes
• Transport experience required
• NCC certification required
• Provider must be able to practice independently
