Location: Florida
Schedule: Preference for 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts Monday through Friday, with additional weekday night and weekend 24 hour call coverage

Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage in a hospital setting in a medical direction model, with dedicated OB overnight coverage as outlined in the order details. This role includes a broad case mix and call requirements.
Clinical Scope
- Case mix may include endoscopy, ENT, gynecology, interventional radiology, total joints, plastics, podiatry, spine, urology, thoracic, neuro, acute pain, and major vascular
- OB coverage is required
- EMR: Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification
- Active Florida license
- DEA required
- Board eligible as outlined in the order details
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- TB test
- 24 months of case logs as outlined in the order details
Credentialing
- Credentialing timeframe is typically 90 to 120 days after a complete application is submitted
- Temporary privileges may be available on a case by case basis
