Start: ASAP - Flexible

Schedule: Multiple shift blocks available, including weekday days, evenings, nights, weekends, and call coverage. Weekend and call availability is prioritized

Setting: Hospital. Level 1 trauma and level 1 pediatric trauma

Travel: Travel and lodging available

Position Overview

• CRNA coverage in a medically directed model
• Pediatric comfort is strongly preferred, and is mandatory for weekends and call coverage
• EMR: Cerner 

Case Mix Highlights

• Broad mix including bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, spine, urology, endoscopy, OMFS, dental, plastics, plus thoracic, neuro, trauma, and major vascular exposure
• OB exposure with some 24 hour coverage blocks

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida license and DEA are required. Priority is given to active licenses
• Active AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• TB test
• Case logs: 24 months of case logs are required
• Board certification or board eligible within 5 years
• Radius restriction: must reside greater than 60 minutes from site location

Credentialing

• Temps may be approved case by case
