• 24-hour in-house call shifts
• 3 - 5 patients seen per call shift
• 1 - 2 admissions per shift
• Facility delivers approximately 1,000 births per year
• High and low risk OB required -- includes VBAC, breech, multiple births
• Full OB ultrasound skills required -- Level I and Level II
• Surgical gyn required -- open and laparoscopic
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
