• Shift: ICU 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / Hospital coverage 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Sunday)

• Experience: Proven ICU and hospital pulmonary/critical care experience required

What You'll Do:

• Provide critical care to ICU and CCU patients in a 20-bed ICU setting
• Manage general pulmonology consults for hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APCs to deliver high-quality inpatient care
• Document patient care efficiently using Epic EMR
• Support up to 15 ICU and hospital patients daily
• Contribute to hospital-wide critical care initiatives

What You Need:

• Active medical license in South Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience managing ICU and inpatient pulmonary cases
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Strong clinical skills in critical care and pulmonary medicine
• Knowledge of Epic EMR

About the Assignment:
This assignment is based at a leading hospital in Greenville, SC, featuring 38 total beds, including ICU, CCU, and CVICU. The hospital handles a daily pulmonary census averaging 40 patients, with up to three physicians and APCs covering the service. The role offers a mix of ICU and general pulmonology consults, making it suitable for physicians experienced in critical care and pulmonary medicine. Credentialing is estimated at approximately 4 months, and travel reimbursements are available for eligible candidates.
