- Provide interventional and chronic pain care
- Open Monday-Friday w/No Call Required
- Daily Census: 8-12 Patients Per Day

Requirements:
- Assignment length: 6 or 12 months
- BE/BC-Pain Management
- BC-American Board of Anesthesiology
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- Current DEA
- 3 Current References
