Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise beverage service across all casino outlets during assigned shifts
- Assist with scheduling, payroll accuracy, inventory controls and operational reporting
- Ensure smooth and efficient bar operations, including staffing, inventory, and service flow
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Coach, discipline, and develop team members in alignment with company standards
- Support hiring, onboarding and training of Beverage staff
- Assign duties, manage breaks, and ensure proper shift coverage
- Provide ongoing training on service standards, upselling techniques, and compliance
- Address employee concerns and assist with performance management
- Verify proper ID checks and prevent over-service
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Complete incident reports as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control
- Minimize waste, theft, and product loss
- Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions
- Support cost control and revenue goals through effective management
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred
- 2-4 years of beverage or bar management experience, preferably in a casino or high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, bar operations, and service standards
- Familiarity with Colorado liquor laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS Certification required (training provided).
- Must be able to possess Support Gaming License in Colorado
- Identification that establishes identity
