Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Trash transport and cleaning
• Use cleaning equipment such as pressure washer, etc.
• Assists with basic maintenance of the property to include painting and light carpentry work, etc.
• Assists other maintainers as necessary
• Assists with special projects
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

• Basic reading and writing abilities
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work safely with power tools
• Ability to obtain a Colorado Gaming License
• Must have a valid Colorado Driver License to operate equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• General maintenance experience preferred
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
