What will you be doing?

• Investigate and resolve issues related to domestic and international freight with freight forwarders, brokers, U.S. Customs, and transportation groups.
• Monitor all aspects of the movement of airfreight from various sites and broker warehouses.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to incoming / outgoing freight, i.e., truckers, airlines, brokers, customs, ect.
• Evaluate systems and processes for shipping / handling incoming and outgoing freight. 
• Assist with all positions to ensure full coverage of office functions. 
• Create and prepare reports for Management as identified. Use of Excel, Pivot tables, Data Management. PowerPoint, AS400 data tables and Query are very important.
