Location: Pico Rivera
2nd Shift: 3pm -11:30pm
Pay rate: $24- $26/hr DOE
Must be available weekends and possible OT
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for customer orders
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and related paperwork
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are ready for shipment
- Verify shipment quantities, addresses, and delivery information
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal departments
- Resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and other logistics issues
- Maintain accurate shipping and transportation records
- Enter and update shipment information in ERP and logistics systems
- Assist with coordinating freight and transportation requirements
- Ensure shipments meet customer specifications and delivery schedules
- Support the warehouse and shipping departments as needed
