Key Responsibilities
- Build Your Empire: Develop, maintain, and grow a profitable book of business by prospecting, onboarding, and nurturing customer accounts.
- Be a Deal-Maker: Source and qualify leads through cold-calling, negotiate the best rates with customers and vendors, and ultimately close the deal.
- Manage Operations: From scheduling and dispatch to daily check calls, you'll ensure loads are picked up, transported, and delivered punctually.
- Maintain Financial Health: You'll manage accounts receivable to keep your book of business profitable and active.
- Expand Your Impact: Grow and maximize your book of business by strengthening relationships with customers and carriers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
- Previous work experience with references.
Working Conditions
- Initially, your working hours will be from 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday to Friday, but as your book of business grows, your schedule can adapt to meet your needs.
