Pay Range:  $43/Hr. to $48/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Oversee end-to-end move management for shipments, coordinating heavily between domestic trucking, local distribution networks, and 3PL providers.
• Monitor and optimize domestic distribution and fulfillment operations, ensuring high-performance delivery timelines and service standards.
• Act as the central point of contact for client stakeholders, providing real-time updates and proactive problem-solving for logistical bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to refine 3PL workflows and ensure domestic operations meet rigorous performance standards.
• Maintain visibility over import/export documentation and compliance requirements as needed to support overall account operations.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in a logistics or transportation leadership role, such as a 3PL Operations Manager, Account Manager, or Freight Forwarding Lead.
• Strong domestic transportation knowledge/operational background, including local trucking, freight management, and distribution workflows.
• Proven track record in 3PL and domestic supply chain management, with the ability to navigate local logistics challenges seamlessly.
