Position Summary:
The Logistics Administrator supports daily supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, labels)
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure data integrity
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and warehouses to resolve shipping issues or delays
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor requirements, and transportation regulations
  • Support order processing, routing, and freight coordination
  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries related to logistics and shipments
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain support
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP systems)
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight terms, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Familiarity with vendor compliance and routing guidelines
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Work Environment:
  • Office and warehouse setting
  • May require occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
  • Standard business hours with possible overtime based on operational needs
