Position Overview:
We are seeking a bright, detail-oriented individual to join our team in an entry-level Data Entry and Administrative Support role. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with technology, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Logistics experience and familiarity with customs documentation are a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Heavy data entry with a high level of accuracy
Enter invoices and maintain records within company systems
Assist with customs and shipping documentation
Provide administrative support to various departments
Work on miscellaneous projects as assigned
Support the team with general office and operational tasks
Update spreadsheets, reports, and databases
Assist wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Strong computer and technical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and figure things out independently
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Logistics experience preferred
Familiarity with customs/import-export documentation preferred
Epicor experience is a plus
