We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary assignment of up to six months. This role will support logistics operations and assist with coordinating and processing shipments.The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Apply today for immediate consideration. Responsibilities
  • Assist with logistics and administrative support for shipments to Toronto, Canada
  • Prepare, process, and maintain shipping and transportation documentation
  • Enter and manage data accurately within company systems
  • Coordinate shipment information and communicate with internal teams as needed
  • Organize and maintain records and documentation
  • Support day-to-day logistics and administrative functions
  • Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience handling logistics, shipping, or transportation paperwork is a plus
  • Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $20.00 per hourShift: Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)Duration: Temporary assignment of up to 6 months #IND3
