- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations.
- Review customer-supplied specifications and obtain additional information when necessary.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide order-related documents to customers.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
