Responsibilities

The Logistics / PM Logistics Link entry summary to DanCorp order confirmation.

Reviewing, organizing, and analyzing import‑related financial and customs documentation to ensure accurate reporting of duties paid by Danieli. This role plays a key part in preparing clear, client‑ready summaries that highlight duty paid.

Tasks and Day-to-Day activities in the role:

  • Assign entry summary to its respective job by analyzing supplier invoice and PO reference for import made by Danieli Corporation.
  • Collect and store Entry summary document of Danieli Corporation, Danieli &C and Danieli Austria Imports.
  • Update / modify entry summary by removing irrelevant information from document for customer claim submission.
  • Maintain the Document database based upon customer and import duration.
  • Insert and map DCORP invoice data against each import entry.

Technical Requirements

  • Graduate degree / diploma in Accounts, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar field.
  • Fresher / 1-2 years of experience in data management, documentation handling, or administrative/commercial support.
  • Good knowledge of MS office tool skills.
  • Basic/working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and disciplined documentation habits.
