Logistics Analyst
Location: Morton, IL (Hybrid Schedule)
Pay: $25 - $27 an hr
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Long-term contract (12+ months)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support daily logistics and transportation operations within a high-volume manufacturing and supply chain environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery orders for inbound shipments to ensure on-time pickups
• Review and process production schedules, work orders, and shipment data to determine material requirements
• Extract, analyze, and format data using Excel and Access to support logistics operations and system uploads
• Maintain accurate records of shipment activity, inventory levels, and production metrics
• Ensure all logistics data and documentation meet quality and accuracy standards
• Support inventory and materials planning to meet production demands
• Monitor workflows and resolve discrepancies to maintain efficient supply chain operations

Logistics Analysts are responsible for analyzing data, monitoring product flow, and ensuring efficient and accurate movement of goods across the supply chain. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience working with Excel (formulas, formatting, data manipulation)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Access or logistics systems is a plus
