Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented experienced and self-driven Logistics Analyst to support international and domestic distribution of energy distribution parts. You will work cross-functionally with global supply chain warehousing material planning channel planning service finance and production control to grow and manage Teslas energy distribution network.
Develop global distribution strategy to support complex and high-volume service supply chain
Work with supply chain leadership logistics and business intelligence managers to establish strategic objectives and logistics road map for service MRB and e-commerce
Oversee the initial setup of high-volume distribution locations monitor booking and coordinate the most cost-effective and efficient means to importexport
Collaborate with industrial engineers business intelligence team and system development team regularly to initiate logistics carrier API integration and internal TMS and WMS improvements
Issue statistical or detailed reporting for stakeholders as requested including operation efficiency improvement cost reduction and capacity planning
Pull data from internal database. Analyze compile and publish logistics dashboards and metrics for Teslas logistics leadership
Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability
Masters degree in industrial engineering or supply chain preferred
5 years of professional experience in manufacturing supply chain logistics andor evidence of exceptional ability
Strong analytical and organizational skills ability to code in SQL and Tableau and deep dive in data
Demonstrated communication leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to write speak and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
