Logistics Analyst

Payrate: $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The position contributes to the work group by examining documents, materials, and products, and monitoring work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications. The role involves reviewing documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. It also requires recording production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures, as well as requisitioning and maintaining inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
 
Responsibilities

• Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

 
Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or BS Degree preferred.
• Internships are accepted as job experience.
• Background in Supply Chain Logistics is comparable.

 
Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suites.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $23.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
