This role is essential in providing actionable insights that drives cost and service improvements to our logistics network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and warehousing as well as data analysis and working effectively cross functionally.
How you will make contributions that matter...
Optimization Modeling and Analytics to improve cost to serve
Maintain and publish Transportation (Domestic and Export) and 3rd Party Warehouse KPI's
Develop cross-functional action plans to drive improvements to cost to serve and enhance service to our customers
Support logistics procurement events; domestic and export transportation and 3PL Warehousing
Drive internal and external adoption of available tools
Role as a Key User for SAP TM and other Logistics 3rd Party Tools
Maintain SAP TM master data and other attributes as assigned
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate logistics performance and key metrics to management
You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business or other related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in transportation, warehousing or supply chain analysis, with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel and procurement management software.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Solid understanding of logistics principles, transportation management, and supply chain dynamics.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with procurement regulations, contract management, and compliance standards.

Salary Range: $71,805- $94,245
Salary offers vary commensurate experience, education, skills, and training
