    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Logistics Analyst to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and exceptional service across our logistics network.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries across multiple channels
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams
    • Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers to ensure cost-effective solutions
    • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics using Excel and other tools
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve service levels

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
    • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Solid negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
