Overview

Logistics Analyst Senior (2026-25586):

Bowhead is seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Analyst to support the Unmanned Logistics System – Air (ULS‑A) Integrated Product Team (IPT) within the PAE RAS AIR Program Management Office. The Senior Logistics Analyst will provide acquisition and sustainment logistics expertise for advanced unmanned aircraft systems, ensuring lifecycle readiness, effective resource planning, and mission support. Responsibilities include high‑level analysis, documentation development, sustainment planning, and coordination across government, contractor, and stakeholder communities.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain key logistics documentation including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Logistics Requirement Funding Summaries (LRFS), Weapon Systems Planning Documents (WSPD), and/or USMC fielding plans.
  • Provide expert supportability analysis, maintenance planning guidance, and recommendations for emerging UAS capabilities.
  • Assess system design maturity and its impact on sustainment and readiness.
  • Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Maintenance Task Analysis to shape sustainment strategies.
  • Use logistics data systems (DECKPLATE, Vector, COLTS) to track degraders and readiness trends.
  • Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Government Furnished Property (GFP), and Government Owned Material (GOM) across program milestones.
  • Track and mitigate Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Supply (DMSMS) issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and organic depots on repairs, deficiencies, and funding.
  • Support POM planning, logistics budget reviews, and contract documentation (SOWs, CDRLs).
  • Process logistics transactions in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Global Combat Support System–Marine Corps (GCSS‑MC).
  • Prepare and deliver reports, briefs, and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • MA/MS* Degree over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. *Allowable substitutions: BS/BA Degree with 16 years’ experience OR High School diploma with 18 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining core acquisition and sustainment logistics documents including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFS), and Weapon Systems Planning Documents (WSPD).
  • Experience conducting advanced logistics analyses such as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Maintenance Task Analysis to support informed sustainment strategies.
  • Proficiency with advanced Navy and DoD logistics data systems including Decision Knowledge Programming for Logistics Analysis and Technical Evaluation (DECKPLATE), Vector, and Contractor Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) to analyze readiness degraders and performance trends.
  • Experience managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Government Furnished Property (GFP), and Government Owned Material (GOM) in alignment with program milestones and contractual requirements.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and developing mitigation strategies for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Supply (DMSMS) risks affecting system sustainment.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
