- Analyze and develop logistics plans that optimize production, distribution, and inventory flow
- Create and evaluate procedures for inventory and distribution management
- Ensure rational product distribution and delivery based on analytical reports and tracking systems
- Lead working groups and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide subject matter expertise on logistics processes and systems
- Apply knowledge of Navy ILS practices to improve logistics performance and lifecycle support

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree
- 4 years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the U.S. Navy in roles such as Active duty Government, civilian, or Support contractor
- Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities, e.g., NAVSEA 05
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analytical capacity
- Knowledge of Navy ILS processes, including provisioning, training, maintenance planning, and logistics product development
- Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold an active Secret clearance

Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $79,700.00 - $132,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including but not limited to:
