About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to coordinate domestic and international shipments for consumer electronics and other high-value products. You'll work with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time and issues are resolved quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses
Track shipments and provide status updates
Prepare shipping and customs documents
Resolve shipping delays, damages, and delivery issues
Coordinate warehouse transfers, inventory, and returns
Support trade shows, product launches, and special shipments
Maintain shipment records and identify process improvements
Qualifications:
3+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse experience
Experience with domestic and international shipping
Knowledge of air, ocean, ground, and parcel transportation
Familiar with customs/import-export documentation
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
Consumer electronics or high-value product experience
Knowledge of EDI, retail compliance, or routing guides
Experience with trade show or event logistics
Experience supporting multiple clients or brands
