Location: [Charlotte, NC] - On-site with 1 day/week remote flexibility (hybrid)

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Equipment Coordinator to join our operations team. This role sits at the center of our equipment lifecycle - from receiving bills of materials through staging, tracking, and reordering - and works closely with our design team, project managers, and engineers to keep projects moving.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. No specialized experience is required - we're looking for the right personality and work ethic more than a specific background.
What You'll Do
  • Receive bills of materials from the design team and transact them into our system
  • Create and manage Jira tickets to track equipment and project workflows
  • Track equipment inventory and manage reordering as needed
  • Stage equipment for upcoming projects
  • Field and respond to emails and instant messages from project managers throughout the day
  • Communicate and coordinate directly with engineers on equipment needs and timelines
  • Support training of new processes and systems as they're rolled out
  • Perform accurate, consistent data entry across internal systems
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of professional experience (equipment tracking, logistics, or coordination experience a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortable working primarily at a computer, managing a high volume of email and instant messages
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be working directly with project managers and engineers daily
  • A team player who works well within a small, collaborative team
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Background in logistics is helpful but not a requirement
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent orders
This role is not customer-facing, but it does require strong internal communication and the ability to build good working relationships with engineers and project managers.

  • Team of 8 supporting a high volume of equipment orders (100+ orders currently managed across 3 team members)
  • Hybrid schedule: in-office with 1 day/week flexibility
