What your future day will look like:- Ensure data accuracy for loads, rates, carriers, and customer records
- Contact carriers to schedule pick up and deliveries
- Work with clients to resolve shipping issues
- Maintain accurate shipment records in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Prepare, review, and process freight documentation (rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, invoices)

To be a champion in this role, you will need: - 2+ years of customer service experience. Freight or transportation industry highly preferred
