About the Role:
The Colligere Group LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in keeping our supply chain and operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data
  • Track freight movements and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Support supply chain operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
  • Process shipping documentation, purchase orders, and logistics reports
  • Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory management as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or ERP software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
