Position Summary:
The primary function of this role is to ensure that completed machines are properly secured and prepared according to factory standards prior to shipment. The position focuses on the correct placement of foam and tape to prevent equipment movement and ensure safe transit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure completed machines are buttoned up and prepared according to established factory standards.
- Properly place foam, tape, and other securing materials to prevent equipment movement during transportation.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Staging Management team to identify and prioritize machines that need to be processed next.
- Follow established work procedures, notices, bulletins, and safety requirements.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve departmental and production objectives.
- Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and understand routine written procedures, notices, bulletins, and work instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and coordinate individual efforts toward shared objectives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and work collaboratively with others.
- Logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
