Logistics Associate

ResourceTek is seeking a Logistics / Distribution Associate to support a leading technology and manufacturing company in their distribution and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or distribution experience and be comfortable operating material handling equipment.

Experience operating high-bay order pickers is preferred. Previous certification is not required, as candidates must successfully complete the company's internal equipment certification training.

Essential Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
•  Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing lists.
•  Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
•  Operate warehouse equipment, including high-bay order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
•  Safely retrieve materials from elevated storage locations.
•  Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
•  Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
•  Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
•  Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as assigned.
•  Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining accuracy.
