Logistics Associate II (Forklift Operator)

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Associate II (Forklift Operator) to join their team. As a Logistics Associate II (Forklift Operator), you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's success.

Job Title: Logistics Associate II (Forklift Operator)

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Position Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Shift: Monday - Friday; 11:00AM - 7:00PM

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repack picking, and shipping
• Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading shipments
• Unloading inbound shipments and stocking inventory efficiently
• Assist with general maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment
• Support cycle counting and replenishment activities to ensure inventory accuracy

What's Needed?

• HS/GED Completion
• 2+ years' experience on both stand-up/sit-down forklifts
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a busy, noisy warehouse environment
• Ability to follow safety standards and work under direction
