The Logistics Associate II is responsible for the successful daily execution of receiving, stocking, picking, configuring, and shipping of Elo's products. He or she will operate with a high degree of safety, responsiveness, and accuracy to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately and on time using system provided documentation.
• Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory items accurately and appropriately.
• General maintenance, organization, and cleaning of shipping, receiving, storage, and service areas.
• Operation of various types of material handling equipment including narrow aisle reach trucks and forklifts in compliance with Elo's safety procedures.
• Conduct or participate in weekly inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory availability accuracy.
• Perform basic level OS (Operating System) loads across various product lines.
• Provide support for all functions within the operation as needed.
• Must adhere to Company EH&S policy and procedures.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of logistics experience.
• Experience operating forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other material handling equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems and various technologies.
• Familiarity with 5s methodology.

• Ability to use systems, tools, and technologies.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirements.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
