Position: Logistics Associate III
Location: 101 International Drive, Portsmouth, NH 03801
Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role)
Compensation: $22–$24/hour (W2)
Benefits: Weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), rotating schedule including every other weekend
 
Position Overview:
The Logistics Associate III plays a key role in supporting logistics and manufacturing operations through the effective use of systems such as SAP, Syncade, and Ship Console. This position is responsible for handling the receipt, storage, dispensing, and distribution of API and consumable materials while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize SAP, Syncade, and/or Ship Console systems for material receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, and allocation
  • Support manufacturing operations by handling and shipping products both domestically and internationally
  • Manage responsibilities across one or more logistics functions, including Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse operations
  • Perform SAP transactions such as Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, Transfer Order (TO) creation, and material movement
  • Execute Syncade tasks including receipt, movement, inventory adjustments, and material scrapping
  • Follow and maintain a strong understanding of standard operating procedures and required qualifications
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations in all work activities
  • Complete Circular Chart tasks, including installation, monitoring, and daily review
  • Maintain accurate logbook entries and perform reviews as required
  • Safely operate Class 1, 2, 3, and 4 equipment as applicable
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Utilize DMS and TrackWise systems for documentation and quality tracking
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics operations
 
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
