Logistics Associate - Overnight

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Logistics Associate to support overnight supply chain and logistics operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory management of medical supplies while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient supply environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal departments, vendors, and supply chain team members.

• Receive, distribute, and store medical supplies throughout the facility.
• Accurately stock medical supplies into designated par stock locations.
• Move and organize pallets within warehouse and storage areas.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Rotate inventory to ensure proper product utilization.
• Monitor inventory for expired or soon-to-expire products and remove as needed.
• Support receiving, warehousing, storage, transportation, and inventory control activities.
• Research and resolve receiving discrepancies, invoice issues, proof of delivery questions, and return requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding expedited shipments, returns, and shipment issues.
• Process high volumes of requests received via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Utilize reports to ensure transaction accuracy, critical order fulfillment, and data integrity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on long-term solutions.
• Assist with the distribution of medical products, including controlled substances and hazardous materials, while following all applicable policies and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
