Logistics Associate (Part Time)
Support smooth shipping and logistics as an Expogistics (Logistics) Associate. Are you ready to help coordinate and manage seamless logistics for world-class events? The Expo Group is seeking an Expogistics Associate to assist with tracking, billing, and ensuring the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments.
This hybrid, part-time role based in either our Irving, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada; or Orlando, Florida office, plays a critical part in delivering top-notch exhibitor and attendee experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate records of transactions using Excel and SharePoint.
- Coordinate schedules with team members and carriers to ensure consistency.
- Inspect inbound shipment conditions on-site to confirm readiness before exhibitor move-in.
- Operate the service desk during events to ensure freight is labeled and processed correctly.
- Communicate with exhibitors regarding freight status throughout transit.
- Travel to local show sites as needed and occasionally out of town.
What you bring to The Expo Group:
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with price charts by region and zones.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
