    Description

    Summary
    • Responsible for handling daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities. Ensures accurate order processing, smooth freight movement, and timely delivery. Supports management in logistics planning, purchasing, forecasting, and customer service coordination.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Manage daily shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
    • Process orders, prepare packing lists, and handle packaging of outgoing materials.
    • Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and update ETAs.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing orders.
    • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Support warehouse activities including inventory checks and stock movement.
    • Assist management with purchasing, forecasting, and logistics planning.
    • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with shipping standards.
    Skills
    • Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
    • Good communication and coordination skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

    Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
    • Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
    Experience
    • 5–10 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or distribution.
    • Experience with shipment tracking tools, WMS/ERP systems preferred.
