Logistics Business Process Integrator

Location: Fort Detrick, MD

Duration: 12 months

Onsite role

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Analyze medical logistics and supply chain data to support data migration, conversion, and modernized reporting.
• Perform pre- and post-migration data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and document automated data migration validation business rules.
• Research and document data lineage, authority, usage, and relationships across value streams.
• Support project management activities throughout the LogiCole implementation lifecycle.
• Analyze and optimize workflows associated with system-generated recommendations, messages, and alerts.
• Collaborate with Government Leads, Product Owners, development teams, and data teams to identify issues and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support strategic planning and business process improvement initiatives across the program.
• Plan and track Agile Interval scope, team velocity, requirements, and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot legacy system issues and support root-cause analysis in collaboration with development and data teams.
• Apply data visualization and statistical methods to communicate operational outcomes, improvements, performance, and costs.
• Prepare project status updates, implementation materials, analysis documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with medical logistics data analysis and interpretation, including transactional data schemas.
• Experience supporting data migration, data conversion, and reporting initiatives.
• Experience performing pre- and post-migration data validation, reconciliation, and data quality analysis.
• Experience identifying and documenting automated data migration validation business rules.
• Experience documenting data lineage, authority, and usage across business processes or value streams.
• Experience with Agile planning, including scope, velocity, requirements delivery, and dependency tracking.
• Experience using data visualization and statistical methods to communicate operational results, improvements, and costs.
• Experience troubleshooting legacy systems in collaboration with development and data teams.
• Experience with federal government management consulting or business analysis.
• Strong business process analysis and process improvement skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with medical logistics or comparable healthcare supply chain environments.
• Experience with LogiCole or a comparable medical logistics application.
• Experience supporting Agile or SAFe delivery within a federal government environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale logistics system modernization or implementation initiatives.
