This role is responsible for building and managing transportation capacity while ensuring cost efficiency and service reliability.Responsibilities Source and onboard new carriers, including brokers, local trucking companies, and independent driversExpand capacity across parcel, LTL, and linehaul networksBuild and maintain strong carrier relationshipsNegotiate and manage rate cards with major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and regional providersMonitor market trends and update pricing strategiesSupport account-level pricing setup and optimizationCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operationsCoordinate daily capacity allocation and resolve issuesWork with partners and other regional carriers to improve service levelsSupport new account onboarding and rate integrationOptimize carrier mix for new and existing lanesAssist in building scalable transportation networksTrack carrier KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, service quality)Drive continuous improvement and establish SOPsRequired Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, carrier procurement, or 3PL logisticsStrong understanding of U.S. parcel, LTL, and trucking marketsProven experience in carrier sourcing and rate negotiationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)Must be able to work onsite in Fontana, CAPreferred Qualifications Existing carrier/broker networkExperience with TMS/WMS systemsExperience working with major carriers and regional delivery partners#J-18808-Ljbffr
