Description
Job Title: Logistics Claim Analyst
Contract Period: 1 Year
Location: Plano, TX
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Preferred Qualification: Fluent Korean language skills preferred (candidates with Korean fluency will be reviewed first)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect claim data from various data sources.
- Analyze claim data to identify claim trends, recovery ratios, claim performance, and forecasting insights.
- Provide additional data analysis and reporting support as requested by management.
- Monitor aging claim statuses and provide regular updates regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days.
- Utilize systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, and Cello to obtain transportation and claim-related data.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data for daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Prioritize and complete ad hoc reporting requests and special projects.
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
- Consistently meet deadlines with strong ownership and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analytics; transportation or logistics experience preferred.
- Korean language proficiency preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present information.
- Ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources and summarize findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, and data analysis/reporting techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities to achieve team objectives.
