Cleared Logistics/PHS&T Specialist, Level 2 or 3
Position Summary
L3Harris is seeking a Logistics/PHS&T Specialist to support a growing product portfolio at the Sterling, VA facility. This role provides program support across multiple logistics functions, including asset management and tracking, obsolescence mitigation, component inspection and quality assurance, and training event coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with program teams to help ensure materials, equipment, and assets are properly tracked, available, and delivered in support of mission and program requirements.

This position is well suited for candidates with logistics engineering or related experience who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support an efficient PHS&T process that minimizes delays and errors and helps ensure material shipments arrive at the right place at the right time, improving system availability and reducing life cycle cost
Interface daily with the PHS&T Lead and Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to ensure program logistics needs are met
Perform asset and equipment audits on customer- and company-owned property as directed
Identify, plan, and report the availability and usability of packing materials to the PHS&T Lead and/or IPTL
Process, track, and close out shipments to and from customer sites, depot locations, and original equipment manufacturers as needed
Monitor and track movement of supplies from stockrooms to field operational support locations
Support depot-specific logistics operations as assigned
Assist in developing and improving strategies for tracking program assets and spare parts to maximize efficiency
Support component inspection, quality-related activities, and training event coordination as required
Maintain accurate records and provide clear communication across logistics and program teams
Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Sunflower EAM Tool
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Forklift certification
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
