Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse administrative or logistics experience preferred
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, transportation, and inventory control processes
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations and data entry tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as needed
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality standards

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
  • Process client orders, receipts, confirmations, and shipping documentation
  • Enter and maintain order and inventory information within warehouse management systems
  • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments and coordinate transportation providers
  • Monitor open orders to ensure on-time shipment and resolve order changes or cancellations
  • Process returns and assist with inventory reconciliations
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, carriers, and warehouse operations teams
  • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot discrepancies, and provide timely follow-up
  • Assist with driver check-in, door assignments, and shipping documentation processing
  • Prepare daily reports, maintain records, and organize documentation for audits
  • Communicate schedule changes, shipment updates, and operational issues to clients and internal teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with updating business processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Cross-train in multiple warehouse and administrative functions as needed
