Job Description We are seeking a Logistics Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and repair-related operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and will work closely with electronic components, finished goods, and internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant product flow. Responsibilities - Package, label, and ship finished goods using FedEx, UPS, and other carrier systems, including international shipments - Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials and electronic components - Build and manage work orders to support repair and fulfillment processes - Assist with minor repairs, part replacement, and handling of returned units - Move finished goods through final inspection and prepare them for shipment - Maintain accurate documentation to support regulatory and quality standards - Support adherence to 5S principles to ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment - Cross-train across shipping, receiving, packaging, and international order workflows Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of 5 employees across shipping, receiving, and logistics operations - Act as a working supervisor, spending approximately 50% of time on the floor and 50% on coordination and planning - Implement cross-training across packaging, receiving, shipping, and international shipping functions - Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy within ERP systems - Partner with assembly and repair teams to support movement of products through the lifecycle - Ensure all logistics processes align with regulatory, quality, and documentation standards - Communicate with internal departments to align priorities and resolve operational issues - Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and team effectiveness We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations - Experience supporting international shipping and related documentation - Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, or similar shipping systems - Strong attention to detail in a regulated or quality-driven environment - Experience working with electronics or small components is preferred - Aerospace or highly regulated industry experience is a plus - Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support a variety of tasks
