Logistics Clerk

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Logistics Clerk in Fort Worth, TX for a temporary onsite contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Logistics Clerk will perform a combination of clerical and hands-on shipping and receiving duties in a warehouse environment. This role includes receiving incoming materials, verifying part and serial numbers, reviewing shipping documentation, maintaining logistics records, and using computer systems to track and report material movement.

Required Skills

" High school diploma or equivalent.
" Up to one year of specialized instruction in general office procedures.
" Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience.
" U.S. citizenship required.
" Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations.
" Ability to use computer systems and databases for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
" Ability to receive incoming materials and complete required liability sign-off.
" Ability to verify part numbers, serial numbers, and contractual requirements.
" Ability to review packing sheets, bills of lading, and related shipping documents.
" Ability to follow shipping practices, procedures, transportation routing, schedules, and requirements.
" Ability to perform a combination of manual and clerical warehouse duties.
" Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.

Preferred Skills

" Microsoft Office experience.
" Excel experience.

What You'll Do

" Receive and process incoming materials.
" Verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and contractual requirements.
" Review packing sheets and related shipping documentation.
" Enter and maintain shipment information in logistics databases.
" Track, log, verify, and report material activity using computer systems.
" Complete liability sign-off using applicable databases.
" Prepare or update records for materials shipped and bills of lading.
" Follow established shipping, receiving, routing, and scheduling procedures.
" Support general warehouse and logistics administrative activities.

Work Schedule / Shift

" Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
" 9/80 schedule.
" 1st shift.
" No travel or overtime expected.

Pay

" $22.80 per hour
